European Commission has published a call for proposals on February 15, 2006 to promote the participation of partners from targeted third countries - TTC (Mediterranean, West Balkans, Russia and New independant states, Africa, Caribbean, Pacific, Asia, Latin America) in on going projects (for at least 18 months). The call will be closed on May 16, 2006.
